We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Senior MEP BIM Modeler

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing MEP BIM models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements. You will play a key role in guiding junior modelers, collaborating with design teams, and delivering high-quality BIM outputs for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and update detailed BIM models for MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Firefighting). Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts. Review and ensure BIM models comply with company and industry standards. Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation from BIM models. Support BIM coordination meetings and implement clash detection using relevant software. Mentor and guide junior modelers, ensuring team productivity and quality. Assist in setting up BIM execution plans and workflows.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of proven experience as an MEP BIM Modeler. Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of MEP services, design, and construction processes. Good understanding of BIM standards and LOD requirements. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
