In this role, you will collaborate across marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align strategies, optimize the sales funnel, and drive overall revenue growth. You will manage and analyze data, streamline processes, and ensure that the right tools and practices are in place to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align operational strategies and optimize revenue generation.
  • Analyze revenue and sales funnel data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build, manage, and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue metrics.
  • Assist in the implementation, optimization, and management of CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Develop and refine processes and workflows to boost operational efficiency across teams.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are up to date on tools, workflows, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights-based decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
