About the Role


Scrut Automation is seeking a highly analytical and proactive

Senior Revenue Operations Manager

to drive strategic and operational alignment across our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role is instrumental in optimizing business processes, aligning revenue goals, and enabling cross-functional collaboration through accurate data and insights.
You will play a key role in connecting the dots between marketing, sales, and customer success by streamlining systems, driving insights through analytics, and identifying levers for growth. This is a high-impact position with significant visibility across leadership and the broader GTM organization.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across the GTM organization by benchmarking processes against industry best practices. Collaborate with leadership on business process architecture, sales incentive design, goal setting, market segmentation, and strategic planning. Effectively communicate operational milestones, escalations, and process changes to stakeholders across business functions. Own vendor interactions for procurement, tool optimization, and upgrades. Support the scoping and implementation of business and sales processes, including new tools and tech stack integrations. Oversee and support deal flow, pipeline cleanup, and account re-assignments.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Analyze business processes supporting marketing, SDRs, and AEs to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities. Develop, automate, and manage dashboards and reports to track KPIs including forecasting, funnel metrics, and pipeline health. Identify data discrepancies, monitor performance, and recommend scalable solutions for continuous improvement. Leverage the revenue tech stack to ensure clean data flow, alerting mechanisms, and process effectiveness. Exhibit strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving business challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or Sales Operations. Proficient in advanced Excel, relational databases, and BI/reporting tools like Tableau. Hands-on experience with

HubSpot

or

Salesforce

and data/reporting integrations. Strong understanding of GTM motions, email sequencing, and full-funnel sales cycles. Outstanding communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive structure and clarity. SaaS industry experience is a strong plus.
