As a Senior Revenue Accountant, your role will be a combination of calculating third party reseller partner commissions, supporting internal stakeholders with commission queries, driving process improvements, and preparing analytical insights into partner commissions for the management.

Responsibilities

Prepare reports for partner commissions related to the payout, month-end closing and reporting activities. Collaborate with the Channel Sales org on various initiatives and process changes. Partner with multiple stakeholders to identify and drive process improvements. Support overall business unit reporting requirements. Develop knowledge and understanding of the systems that are critical to the partner commissions process. Prepare analysis for ad hoc requests. Ability to support external audit related queries. Collaborate with the Internal Audit team to establish and ensure compliance with SOX requirements. Collaborate with various teams across the company to resolve issues.

Qualifications

CA preferred Work experience of 2+ years; preferably with a background in SOX/ICFR control frameworks. Understanding of revenue recognition principles, related accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606) and non GAAP financial metrics particularly in the software and SaaS industry Experience in financial operations, audit and accounting are a bonus. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks, analyze complex data, and provide practical recommendations. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products, with the ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data. Strong communication skills required, both written and verbal. Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple changing priorities along with day-to-day responsibilities. Ability to commute to the Bangalore office three times a week. Must be able to join within 30 days of offer acceptance.
