We're seeking a Retention Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of the customer lifecycle and drive growth through strategic, data-led retention campaigns. This is a high-impact role where you'll be responsible for turning first-time buyers into repeat customers and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Role Highlights:
Build and manage automated lifecycle campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and SMS
Own retention strategy and execution, including segmentation, personalization, and funnel optimization
Set up and optimize email workflows, including welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, and reactivation
Launch and manage WhatsApp campaigns using tools like Interakt, Bitespeed, or WATI
Collaborate with growth, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys
Monitor and analyze key retention metrics including repeat rate, CLTV, CAC payback, and campaign ROI
Continuously A/B test messaging, creatives, and workflows to improve engagement and conversion rates
Requirements:
4-6 years of hands-on experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing in a D2C or eCommerce environment
Proficient with tools such as Klaviyo, MoEngage, Interakt, Shopify, and Google Analytics
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation flows, and data-driven campaign planning
Proven track record of increasing customer retention and driving revenue through lifecycle marketing
Excellent copywriting, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
