Responsible for leading customer sales interactions, achieving sales targets, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge at the retail showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers, understand requirements, and provide product recommendations
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue
Guide and support junior sales associates in sales processes
Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales service professionally
Maintain product knowledge (designs, pricing, schemes, offers, etc.)
Ensure proper display, stock handling, and showroom presentation standards
Build strong customer relationships and promote repeat business
Skills Required:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Sales negotiation and upselling ability
Product knowledge and customer handling experience
Leadership qualities to guide the sales team
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Sales or Retail Management (preferred)
2-5 years retail sales experience; jewellery/luxury sector preferred
