Experience Requirement:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed restaurant Must have hands-on experience with

Petpooja software

and

mobile billing

Skills & Requirements:

Strong leadership and coordination skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Capable of managing, controlling, and training junior captains and service staff Should be able to coordinate effectively with the kitchen team for smooth and timely order execution Must ensure seamless production and customer satisfaction Ability to oversee and monitor operations across all floors of the restaurant Should maintain discipline, cleanliness, and service quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the service team to deliver excellent customer experiences Coordinate daily floor operations and assign duties to staff Communicate effectively with the kitchen for order accuracy and timely delivery Train and guide junior captains in service standards and customer handling Manage table allocation, customer flow, and ensure service efficiency Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally Support management in maintaining daily service and sales records
