Job Description




Evaluate the stability of the patient with assessment of need for immediate interventions, mitigating the immediate risks. Using effective history taking and examination techniques to determine the likely differential diagnosis , Order relevant investigations Start preliminary treatment accordingly Hemodynamic Management : Recognition & management of hypotension, bleeding, Septic shock Recognition of Neurovascular deficiencies Recognition and management of compartment Recognition and resuscitative measures for cardio respiratory arrest I/V Canula insertion and venous blood sampling Splinting and casting Suturing Skeletal traction Foley's catheter insertion Debridement ORIF of simple fractures Inter locking nailing Closed reduction of simple factures Closed reduction of joint dislocations Quality of care Patient safety measures Infection control Assessing the need to Change the Lines Patient evaluation for fresh infections via the parameters and investigations Antibiotic monitoring Communication skills : Family involvement, discussions, Counseling Communicating effectively with patients, patient carers and colleagues Participate in National and international conferences, workshops etc Conduct original research Publish papers in peer reviewed journals



Qualification




candidate must be MS /DNB Ortho


Experience Required:- 0 to 3 Yrs
