Job Description
Emergency Patient Care: Provide rapid and comprehensive medical assessment and treatment to patients in emergency situations, such as trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, and other acute conditions Triage and Decision-Making: Prioritize patient care based on the severity of their condition and make quick and informed decisions regarding treatment and interventions Pre-Hospital Care: Collaborate with EMS personnel to deliver pre-hospital medical care, stabilize patients, and prepare them for transportation to medical facilities Medical Protocols: Follow established medical protocols and guidelines for emergency care, including advanced life support (ALS) techniques and procedures Advanced Procedures: Perform advanced medical procedures, such as intubation, chest tube insertion, defibrillation, and medication administration, as required Patient Communication: Effectively communicate with patients and their families, explaining medical procedures, treatment options, and providing emotional support
