We are currently recruiting both freshers and experienced post MD/MS/DNB professionals for the positions of Senior Resident & Assistant Professor for the Department of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Community Medicine, Orthopaedics & Ophthalmology.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification

- MD/MS/DNB in the relevant specialty post MBBS from a MCI/NMC recognized teaching institution.

Experience

- 0 to 4 years of teaching experience in NMC recognized UG/PG teaching institution

Rs. 90000/- to 150000/- per month plus incentives

Teaching:

Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in the assigned courses related to the non-clinical aspects of medicine. Employ innovative teaching methodologies to engage and inspire students in active learning and critical thinking. Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students, including advising on research projects, coursework, and career development.
Research:

Conduct original research in the field of specialty. Publish research findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in interdisciplinary research initiatives within the college and with external partners.
Administrative Duties:

Assist in curriculum development, review, and evaluation to ensure alignment with the latest educational standards and practices. Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned. Contribute to accreditation processes and quality improvement efforts within the department and college.
Professional Development:

Stay abreast of advances in the field through continuous learning, attending workshops, conferences, and obtaining relevant certifications. Engage in professional organizations and networks to foster collaboration, share best practices, and enhance professional growth.
