Job Description

? To conduct the UG / PG / Diploma Courses offered by the University in Medical, Dental and Allied Health Science Courses.

? Maintenance of Records of Students attendance, IA Marks, Performance report of all the courses.

? Keep records needed for MCI, UGC, NAAC etc., and Inspections by the HOD.

? Motivate the PG / UG to do Research and Publications in the Indexed journals.

? Involved the students for ICMR Projects.

? Update the Departmental activities, Infrastructure, Curriculum and Syllabus, Innovative Ideas and starting of new courses with senior faculties.

? To attend periodic teaching and learning programmes in the campus and the outside the campus.

? Regularly to participate and involve in conducting Conference, Workshop, CME , Seminar and other academic activities for the students.

? PG Dissertation guidance / Performance in the Department.

? To attend faculty meeting to promote the quality of teaching, student's motivation.

? Implement Mentors ship programme for the student and report to HOD.

? To keep update the academic activities - Conference, CME, Workshop, Seminar, Awards, Guest Lecture etc.

? Maintenance of Department Labs - Instruments, Charts, Chemicals, Furniture's, Breakages Records.

? Preparation of Parents Teachers meeting for Medical, Dental and Health Science Courses.

? Department Library Maintenance / Incharge.

? Maintenance of Audiovisual Equipments, Stationeries instructed by HOD.

? Preparation of Materials required for University Theory / Practical Examinations.

? Maintenance of students log book / record book both UG / PG.

? Incharge for Research Lab.

? Preparing the labs for routine practical work for the students.

? To do Invigilation duty, Theory paper evaluation by the University.

Periodic reporting to HOD about all the academic activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
