Job Description

Evaluate the stability of the patient with assessment of need for immediate interventions, mitigating the immediate risks. Using effective history taking and examination techniques to determine the likely differential diagnosis , Order relevant investigations for diagnosis and staging of the disease Start preliminary treatment accordingly Interpretation of hemodynamic Data Understanding Pressure- based and Invasive hemodynamic parameters Waveform analysis Catheter transducer monitor system management. Evaluation of Airway Assessment and recognition for the need for intervention Technique for Endotracheal Intubation Hemodynamic Management : Recognition & initiate management of hypotensive and hypertensive emergencies in the ward Recognition & initiate Management of Cardiac Arrhythmias Recognition & Initiate Management of Seizures, acute stroke Recognition and initiate resuscitative measures for cardio respiratory arrest I/V Canula insertion and venous blood sampling Lumber Puncture Administration of intrathecal chemotherapy Ascitic Tap Pleural Tap Ryle's Tube placement Foley's catheter insertion Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy

Qualification

Candidate must be MD / DNB / DCH in pediatrics.
