I. JOB DETAILS
Job Title
Senior Resident -Critical Care
Reporting Supervisor
H.O.D
II. JOB PURPOSE
To ensure smooth operations in the department.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To effectively interface with patients, nursing staff and all Clinicians.
• To demonstrate effective application of technical & professional knowledge.
• To provide medical care as required by the patients admitted in critical care units
• To supervise all nursing/ para-medical & non-technical staff to maintain high standards.
• To actively participate in CME and Journal clubs & conferences.
• To facilitate teaching and training programs of nurses, Technicians, I.C.U. staff.
• To ensure optimum utilization of resources by himself/herself and subordinates
• To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.

IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Total support to ICUs
• Nil/ very low incidence in hospital borne infection in ICUs
• To ethically distribute available beds to the most in need
• 100% statutory compliance.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
MD/DNB- Medicine/ Anesthesia/ Pulmonary Medicine
(For RMO post- MBBS with ICU experience)
Experience
0-3 years of relevant experience post PG.
Language Skills

• English
• Hindi
