Job roles and responsibilities

? Should coordinate with HOD in all the activities / work being carried out in the department

? Sign patient's reports on a shift basis, either OP or IP reports

? Should be able to handle the department in case the HOD is on leave.

? Supervise the work of all levels of staff working in the department

? He/She is Incharge of lab tests as per NABL norms.

? Should monitor the entire quality control activities as per the guidelines laid down by the HOD.

? Should consult the HOD before processing any important documents.

? Should remain up to date with current clinical practices within the profession.

? Should maintain all department manuals and documents up-to-date for all audit purposes.

? Should attend all meetings conducted by the head/ higher authorities.

? Should abide all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the organization. In case of any discrepancies necessary action will be taken by the management.

? Should follow leave procedure and inform higher authority before availing any leave.

Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?140,000.00 per month
