Job Title:
Senior Research Assistant
Summary: Responsible for development of new formulations/optimize existing formulations/products based on the customer needs and conduct basic analytical characterization and industrial application testing in close collaboration with technology team and execute in alignment with project/business goals and deliverables.
Evolve as an impactful team player with good organizational citizenship and apply projects, stakeholders' management skills
Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in developing silicone-based formulations for electronic applications tailored to customer requirements.
• Support the characterization of formulated samples and help interpret experimental data to understand structure-property relationships.
• Provide execution support by working on multiple projects with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project timelines to deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams on various projects and coordinate with other functions such as analytical, process technology, and intellectual property teams.
• Summarize experimental results, document data as ELN and prepare technical reports to build the knowledge database and safeguard experimental data
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders within CRD and Global partners both verbally and written
• Learn & adhere to safe work practices in lab; Exhibit & promote pro-active safe behaviors in lab activities.
• Strong technical problem-solving aptitude is required

Qualifications:
The following are required for the role

• M.Sc. in Chemistry or relevant discipline with 2-4 years of industrial experience with Siloxane chemistry and formulations
• Use of basic statistical tools to provide understanding from complex analytical data/results..
• Strong safety knowledge and experience to lead lab activities safely
