Senior Research Analyst-Credit Research-2+ years-Mumbai/Pune/GurgaonA role of Senior Analyst in Credit Research with minimum experience of 2+ years in all types of CLO transactions including new issue, and refinancing and most important building Financial models from scratch.Location: Mumbai/Pune/GurgaonYour Future Employer: A global company providing ratings, research services.Responsibilities:

• Leading the execution of diverse transactions, including new issues and refinancing, supporting onshore team independently.
• Driving financial modeling for new deals and portfolio updates, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborating seamlessly with onshore analysts across multiple sectors for timely deal execution.
• Monitoring quarterly earnings, tracking industry developments, and proactively contributing to client priorities and ad-hoc projects.
• Regularly tracking any latest developments/event and flag key events to the onshore team

Requirements:

• CA/CFA/Master\'s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, building capital structure and data analysis.
• Experience in covering technology and business services sector would be an added advantage.
• Excellent MS Excel skills (including advanced excel)
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
