Senior Research Analyst:

Market Understanding - Develop an understanding of the project/title allocated. Collect, organize, and analyse detailed data using statistical tools and techniques. Secondary Research - Conducting exhaustive Secondary Research and scheduling appointments. Quality RDs - Writing error-free Report descriptions, Conducting Primary Research Report Quality - Report Writing - RD, TOC, REPORT, Marketing Collaterals, Market Estimation Market engineering (ME) - Quantitative analysis - Market Estimation - should be able to analyse numbers and provide logic for the same. After 6 months, should be able to deliver the entire estimation with accuracy. Report quality - Qualitative analysis - responsible for delivering error-free, well-researched contextual content for the report/project assigned. Project timeline/Time management - Meeting delivery timelines - adherence to Gantt Chart Comment Handling - Responsible for handling quality comments; both strategic and grammatical to ensure a good quality deliverable. Mentoring/ guiding the individual researchers. Participate in reviewing and authorizing the release of research and evaluation reports to clients.
?Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in research is a must. Hands-on experience with healthcare. Strong analytic and critical thinking skills Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities. Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Should have strong secondary and primary research skills. Team player and a voracious reader with an avid interest in markets and economies.
