Profile Description:
The individual Contributor role brings over 4-7 years of experience in the field of market research. Need to have experience in all aspects of data collection and field management, including sample and quota design, deployment plans, field work monitoring, managing field related issues, and meet client's field objectives.
S/He will have responsibility to manage minimum 7-8 projects with zero supervision, ensuring each project is set-up efficiently, liaising with the client and account director over issues affecting set-up and fieldwork, tackling issues as they arise (or bringing them to the attention of the appropriate person), ensuring established processes are followed during the project and that required documentation is kept up to date.
Should have good understanding on power point.
Key Responsibilities - Non-Technical:Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and in a timely manner
Check feasibility of project execution (timelines included) and flag any concerns
The person will take ownership of the assigned project(s) under limited guidance of the supervisor
Build the project plan with clear timelines for each milestone. Set up and implement new and on-going projects. Provide timely status reports, project analysis and recommendations. Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
Organize meetings with internal stakeholders such as survey programming, data processing and coding teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
Tasks may include:
+ Contribute ideas to improve look and feel of survey with a view to improve respondent engagement
+ Define sampling plan and identify potential bottlenecks
+ Analyze key project metrics with a view to improve performance
+ Ensure quality measures are followed
+ Update clients regularly on project progress
Ensure key project performance metrics such as project profitability are met or exceed established guidelines
Consistently exceed client expectations from project inception through completion
Closely liaise with clients for projects briefing and post survey information
Support the team in preparing invoices of completed projects in a timely manner
Keep the internal tools fully updated on a daily basis so that everybody can know exactly the status of a project by checking the tools
Ensure maximum client satisfaction by maintaining high level of quality for client deliverables, periodic communication on the progress of the project
Resolving escalations and proactively taking corrective measures and ensuring successful closure of issues.
Communicate effectively with vendors (i.e., panel companies, translation agencies, CATI partners)
Keep clients and supervisor in the loop and involve them whenever there is a change in the project specs
Escalate any outstanding issue to supervisor as soon as identified
Ensure process documents are updated from time to time
Contribute to team meetings by being prepared and sharing ideas
Key Responsibilities - Technical:Should be able to test links in tools like Decipher, ConfirmIT
Data checking e.g., identify straight liners, speeders, verbatim checks etc.
Should be able to understand and QC different deliverables like data tables, coded data, reports, scorecards etc.
Create cross tabs on Decipher and Q
Basic understanding of SPSS i.e. should be able to write basic syntax, take frequency, update data etc.
Create reports in PowerPoint
Good in excel

KNOWLEDGE
Qualification:A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required. Post Graduate or B School degree in Operations, Market Research field from well-known management institution or university are preferred
Experience with many different types of Research studies: tracking (continuous and wave), copy-testing, concept-testing, segmentation and/or different types of brands and market sectors.
Experience with sample and quota design, field management, vendor management are preferred
Understanding and ability to work with online data collection tools and must have ability to understand technical aspects of various processes involving systems on client and vendor sides
Certifications

Relevant experience:At least 4-7 years of experience in the market research industry
At least 4-5 years project management or Data Collection experience
