Organizational Overview:
The Recovery Liaison Specialist act as liaison between Synchrony and attorney suppliers: complete controls and ensure suppliers meet requirements with in the SLA and work on weekly and monthly reports. And verify various legal document submitted by attorney suppliers.
Role Summary/Purpose:
The Recovery Liaison Specialist will maintain internal controls by producing/pulling reporting to/for the team, suppliers and management for the Attorney Programs in the Recovery Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain an environment of partnership with our internal and external customers
Maintain internal controls by producing/pulling reporting to/for the team, suppliers and management
Perform internal surveillance to ensure the Nintex workflows are being worked accurately and within the established SLAs
Create and update Business Process Reviews and Sourcing scorecards
Update/Upload and maintain the accuracy of the Internal Supplier Management (ISM) Support Central portal
Reconcile the weekly settled in full/paid in full report
Support Recovery Operations teams as needed
Assist with escalated issues or inquires
Complete special projects and duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 years customer service, collections and/or research experience in financial services industry or in lieu of a degree 3+ years of customer service, collections and/or research experience in financial services industry.
Education qualification to be 10+2 and above
Should be flexible to work in night and rotational shifts, evening and weekend coverage.
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to handle conflict using soft skills
Strong Work Experience with MS Office Word, Excel(spreadsheet and/or database)and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks

Prior experience or basic understanding of I2R
Prior experience with Support Central workflows and data forms
Eligibility criteria :
Minimum of 1 years customer service, collections and/or research experience in financial services industry or in lieu of a degree 3+ years of customer service, collections and/or research experience in financial services industry.
Work Timings: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (Subject to change as per business requirements)
