Responsibilities & Deliverables



Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations. Develop reports that track and analyze key banking and financial KPIs such as customer acquisition, loan performance, risk metrics, and operational efficiency. Optimize report performance and usability by applying best practices in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query. Ensure consistency in design, branding, and user experience across all reporting assets. Implement row-level security and data access controls to ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards. Conduct user training and provide documentation to support adoption and self-service analytics. Continuously improve reporting solutions based on user feedback and evolving business needs. Participate in Agile development cycles, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience



3

+ years of experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards

.

5+ years' experience supporting global data governance and data management initiatives,

preferably

in banking, fintech or other highly regulated industries.

P roficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling.

Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and experience designing user-friendly, accessible dashboards.

Proven experience working with banking and financial KPIs, including regulatory, operational, and customer-centric metrics.

Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL Server, Azure, Excel, APIs).

Familiarity with data governance, data privacy, and compliance requirements in regulated industries. Experience working in Agile teams, with a collaborative and iterative approach to development. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications



B achelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field ( Master's degree is a plus). Strong understanding of data governance principles, metadata management, data quality, and data management frameworks. Proven ability to support strategic implementation, manage change, and deliver results under tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, legal, privacy, risk, and security teams. Professional certifications in data governance (e.g., CDMP, ADGP, IGP) are advantageous . We are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
