As a

Senior Reporting Analyst

, you will be primarily responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making. This role involves independently managing reporting activities for a division or business unit and collaborating with key business leaders to understand their requirements and provide actionable insights.

You'll be part of a highly collaborative and driven Reporting & Analytics Finance team supporting Koch's global operations. As an ideal candidate, you'll bring strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, and data visualization, along with a passion for analytical problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

What You Will Do





Develop and deliver financial reports and analysis to support business strategies and decision-making. Perform variance analysis (Standard vs Actual) and identify financial trends and anomalies. Prepare insightful commentaries and conduct income statement analysis to explain business performance. Collaborate with business finance leads to identify and drive operational and financial improvements. Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. Provide data structure understanding and functional support for business analytics. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of financial reporting and analysis.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com) or MBA in Finance. 8-10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, or Accounting. Strong experience in financial analysis including variance analysis, profitability, working capital, and ratio analysis. Proficient in SAP FI, SAP BW, and financial consolidation tools (e.g., BPC, SAP, OneStream). Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for developing and maintaining dashboards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High integrity, results orientation, and ability to work independently. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative approach.


What Will Put You Ahead



Hands-on experience with reporting and consolidation tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Exposure to global finance operations, especially in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience working in cross-functional teams with business stakeholders. Critical thinking and ability to derive business insights from complex data. Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Understanding and adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs.
