1. Role Purpose

across upstream, downstream, assets.

2. Core Functional Competencies

Demonstrated capabilities:

Performing RCM, FMEA, RCA, ACA, REM studies for onshore & offshore assets. Developing maintenance strategies, PM & PdM plans, and equipment lifecycle models. Conducting criticality assessment, risk-based inspection, and integrity reviews. Ensuring digital maintenance adoption through CMMS optimization & data-driven decisions. SAP PM/MM module mastery for asset register, PM plans, BOM, scheduling, work packs. Standardizing asset master data, SECE identification, equipment hierarchy structuring. Supporting global IMDS implementations and systems integration for enterprise maintenance. Leading projects from conceptualization to execution: planning, costing, scheduling, governance. Preparing technical specifications, Work order planning, preparation and clean up Managing multi?million?dollar reliability and maintenance improvement programs. Coordinating with multi-region cross?functional teams (GCC, MENA, NA, Europe).
