Responsibilities
Connect with potential homebuyers and convert leads into sales
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential properties
Work on company-generated leads and create self-leads through local activities and referrals
Arrange and conduct property site visits
Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth deal closure
Ensure process compliance and high customer satisfaction
Provide post-sales support, including home loan assistance
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome
Experience in direct sales or real estate sales is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric mindset and willingness to work in the field
Ability to handle targets and multiple client interactions
