? Sales Management: ₹ Visiting schools and other educational institutions for generating leads for student loans and achieving disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity
? Timely execution of all sales activities, leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads ? Marketing Management: ₹ Planning, and executing marketing campaigns for beyond loan products and generating revenue out of them ? Working on activities in building a brand image for the company ? Relationship Management: Building a solid relationship with customers with the help of loan products and beyond loan initiatives ? Delinquency Management: Ensuring zero delinquencies for the portfolio by timely and effective collections
