Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities & Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Acquire New Clients:
Proactively prospect and acquire new
HNI and Institutional clients
through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and industry channels, focusing on broking and trading clients.
Build Strong Relationships:
Establish and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all financial and investment needs.
Client Understanding:
Conduct thorough financial goal planning and risk profiling to understand clients' investment needs, risk appetite, and financial objectives.
Client Retention:
Focus on client satisfaction and service delivery to ensure high client retention rates.
Sales and Advisory Services
Investment Advisory:
Provide personalized, timely, and strategic investment advice across PhillipCapital's suite of products.
Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the company's broking and investment solutions to maximize revenue potential.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market developments and deliver relevant market insights and research-backed investment strategies to clients.
Portfolio Management:
Manage and review client portfolios according to their investment preferences and asset allocation strategies.
Business and Target Achievement
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed assigned
business targets
related to client acquisition,
Assets Under Management (AUM)
growth, and
revenue generation
.
Reporting:
Prepare and deliver regular reports on business performance and client engagement activities.
? Qualifications and Skills Required
Experience:
Typically,
3 to 7+ years
of relevant experience in a Broking Firm, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services organization, with significant exposure to
Capital Markets trading
and
HNI client acquisition
.
Education:
A Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred. An MBA or other relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a strong advantage.
Mandatory Certifications:
NISM Series VII (Equity Derivatives) and Series VIII (Equity Certification)
or equivalent certifications as mandated by SEBI are typically required.
Skills:
Proven track record in successful
HNI/Institutional client acquisition
and management.
In-depth
product knowledge
across all capital market segments.
Exceptional
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
.
Strong
analytical abilities
and a good understanding of market trends.
