JD - Institutional Sales (Regional Role, AMC)Experience & Qualification:- 5-10 years of experience in Institutional Sales within a top 15 AMC.- Strong exposure to Debt Markets, Key Account Management, and Client Servicing.- MBA preferred with proven ability in both new client acquisition (hunting) and relationship management (farming).Role Overview:- Responsible for Sales and Business Development across the assigned region, driving AUM growth and share of wallet through Institutional clients in alignment with corporate objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.- Build, manage, and expand relationships with Institutional clients and partners.- Coordinate with Funds Management, Product, Operations, and Registrar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.- Monitor channel performance across Debt, Equity, Arbitrage, and Passive Funds; ensure activation and target achievement.- Maintain regulatory and operational compliance standards.- Organize client engagement initiatives such as IAPs, webinars, and conferences.- Lead and mentor the regional team to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
