Position:

Senior Relationship Manager - Branch Banking (Banca Channel)

CTC:

Up to ?5.00 LPA + Incentives

Location:

Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with branch customers. Promote banking and insurance products through the banca channel. Meet and exceed sales targets assigned by the branch. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and policies.

Requirements:

Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum 2 years of sales experience in banking, BFSI, or related sector. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Ability to achieve targets and work in a team-oriented environment.
