Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing and high-value banking clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Cross-sell banking products including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, investments, and digital banking solutions.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their financial needs and offer relevant solutions.
Ensure 100% adherence to KYC, compliance, and banking regulatory guidelines.
Resolve customer queries and service issues promptly.
Acquire new customers through referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, service) for seamless customer onboarding.
Track portfolio performance and contribute to revenue and profitability targets.
Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales pipelines, and market trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of relationship management or sales experience in
banking, BFSI, or fintech
.
Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to handle high-value and priority clients.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales/portfolio targets.
Good understanding of KYC norms, risk management, and compliance.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with HNI / Priority Banking customers.
Certification in NISM / IRDA (if selling investments or insurance).
Experience in cross-selling wealth and investment products.
