Department Overview
Retail - the network of 156 Retail outlets spread across 14 states and 106 towns in India provides a physical presence of an otherwise online matrimony.com sales and service. They service, walk in customers and provide for the local branding and presence, to fulfil member requirements. These outlets cater to the need of offline customers in finding the right match.
Role Overview The Relationship Executive is responsible for generating revenue for the retail outlet by handling inbound and outbound calls and walk-ins and also ensuring proper upkeep of the retail outlet
Job Purpose To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online memberships over phone and face to face closures to the new and existing clients and maintaining relationships effectively
Key Responsibilities
Responsible to build excellent customer relationship Understand the needs of inbound/Outbound/Walk-in Customers and approach them appropriately to meet their requirements Ensure customer retention and renewal of membership by providing effective customer support services Responsible for the upkeep of the retail Handling sales cash as per process and generating Pay in slips on receipt of payments and uploading the challan on the retail interface to support reconciliations Ensuring timely opening and closing of the outlet and keeping it operational during functional hours Striving to achieve set revenue targets Ensure profile completeness of registered customers Understand the needs of inbound/Outbound/Walk-in Customers and approach them appropriately to meet their requirements
Skills and Competencies
Pleasing personality, excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, fluency in the regional language, selling and telemarketing skills, listening skills and service orientation
Ability to understand the client requirements and sell the best suited package to them
Adept in MS Office and basic computer knowledge & basic mathematic calculations
Education and Experience
Graduate and minimum 1 year experience in Retail Sales/Customer Service/Direct Sales/B2C Sales etc..
