Duties and Responsibilities - \xd0\xa5 To achieve given Sales nos through customer walk in \xd0\xa5 Work closely with the branch Service executives to drive Gold loan customers for fulfillment \xd0\xa5 Ensuring policy adherence and meeting compliance requirement \xd0\xa5 Tracking Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables for Gold loan product. \xd0\xa5 Supporting Assayer in Operations /documentation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

\xd0\xa5 Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience. \xd0\xa5 Knowledge of Cross Sell / Gold Loan Sales \xd0\xa5 Good Selling skills \xd0\xa5 Good Interpersonal skills
