MBBS, MD, DNB, or MRCEM in Emergency Medicine

1-4 years of experience in Emergency Medicine

Patient Care:

Conduct initial patient assessments, triage, and diagnoses for a wide range of illnesses and injuries.

Administer necessary medications and treatments to stabilize critical patients.

Perform emergency procedures and manage resuscitations.

Provide ongoing care and follow-up for admitted patients.

Team Leadership & Training:

Supervise and mentor junior doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Lead the clinical team, providing guidance and clinical governance for the department.

Contribute to the educational and professional development of all staff.

Departmental Operations & Quality Improvement:

Participate in departmental audits, quality improvement projects, and the development of evidence-based practices.

Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and medical history.

Integrate with other hospital departments to provide seamless emergency care.

Emergency Preparedness:

Contribute to the planning and implementation of major incident protocols.

Participate in disaster response planning and drills to ensure readiness.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with patients and their families, explaining diagnoses and treatment plans.

Collaborate with specialists and consultants for complex cases.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
