Job Description

Our client is keen to hire an India Lead for the first line of defense overseeing the Teams supporting Framework Design & Execution, Policies & Standards, CERPA and Transformation Services within CCO.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Control Library - Ownership of central repository and maintenance, Support the RCSA program and own the control framework and standard.

- Stakeholder partnership and cross functional relationship within and outside of CCO.

- Excellent decision making and problem solving.

- Enterprise Wide Risk management framework and policies and standards.

- Excellent knowledge of information technology risks, controls, and risk remediation.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Degree or equivalent work experience.

- 15+ years' experience in relevant industry with strong background in technology risk management, of which at least 10 years in related management roles.

- Experience in running or played a key role in RCSA program (Risk & Control Self Assessments).

- Excellent knowledge of Governance, controls, and risk remediation.

- Sound experience in data analysis, validation, and presentation of results.

15+ years of experience one or more of the following:

- Performing Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA), Audit or Assurance work.

- Developing and enhancing control frameworks.

- Assisting in responding to regulatory inquiries and questionnaires.

- Enterprise Risk Management practices, internal control, fraud deterrence frameworks.

- Providing Risk and Control expertise to legal entities.
