Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Talent Acquisition Expert

to lead and optimize our

Non-IT recruitment processes

. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in Sales (Business Development) & Collection to support the company's growth and culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, employer branding, candidate engagement, Financial candidate recruitment and full-cycle recruitment for various functions and levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Hiring:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, from job scoping to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and drafting job description.

Strategic Sourcing:

Proactively source talent via job boards, social media, referrals, and talent pipelines to attract both active and passive candidates.

Screening & Evaluation:

Conduct resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.

Job Marketing:

Write and post optimized, inclusive job ads across platforms; collaborate on employer branding efforts to attract top talent.

Branch Collaboration:

Partner with reporting managers across branches to understand hiring needs, define job profiles, and advise on market trends and strategies.

Offer & Onboarding:

Manage offer negotiations, pre-boarding communication, and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior recruitment expert role is must. Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles and levels from Banking & Financial field. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in high-volume Non-IT recruitment (Banking & Financial field). Familiarity with competency-based interviewing techniques. Strong focus on diversity and inclusive hiring practices.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
