We are looking for a highly skilled

Senior Recruitment Specialist

to manage end-to-end hiring, identify top talent, and support the organization's growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing the full recruitment cycle, along with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements Source talent through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience Maintain and update ATS systems and recruitment dashboards Support employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition campaigns Guide and mentor junior recruiters by sharing best practices and improving processes

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 3-6+ years of recruitment experience (recruitment agency experience is an advantage) Experience working with

UAE clients or international recruitment

is preferred Strong sourcing knowledge and familiarity with recruitment tools and social media platforms Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet hiring targets

Preferred:

Experience using ATS systems and HR software Understanding of employment regulations in Kerala, UAE, or India
