Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with extensive expertise in domestic BPO hiring. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, handle bulk and lateral hiring, and work closely with business stakeholders to meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for domestic BPO roles (Voice, Non-Voice, Backend, Support functions)
Handle bulk hiring and ramp-up requirements across multiple processes
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, vendors, and social media
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordination with operations teams
Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
Build and manage vendor partnerships for manpower supply
Ensure TAT, SLA, and quality hiring metrics are consistently met
Drive employee referral programs and campus hiring initiatives
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws
Mentor junior recruiters and guide recruitment teams
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in Domestic BPO Recruitment
Expertise in bulk hiring and volume recruitment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.)
Ability to work in high-pressure, target-driven environments
Proficient in MS Excel, ATS, and recruitment MIS
Strong understanding of BPO hiring metrics and attrition challenges
