Role Summary:



The Senior Recruitment Manager will lead end-to-end talent acquisition across manufacturing and corporate functions. The role demands strong leadership, strategic hiring expertise, stakeholder management, and hands-on recruitment experience in an industrial/manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage

end-to-end recruitment

for senior, mid-level, and critical positions Develop and execute

strategic hiring plans

aligned with business growth Partner with plant heads and department leaders to understand manpower requirements Handle recruitment for

manufacturing, engineering, operations, commercial & corporate roles

Build and maintain strong

talent pipelines

for current and future needs Manage recruitment vendors, consultants, and job portals effectively Ensure

quick turnaround time (TAT)

for critical and bulk hiring Drive employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular MIS reports Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal processes Support HR leadership initiatives beyond recruitment as required

Required Experience & Qualifications:



Experience:

Minimum

12+ years

in HR / Talent Acquisition leadership roles

Industry Preference:

Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial background

Qualification:

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field Proven experience in

plant-level hiring and multi-location recruitment

Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
