Requirements
What You Will Do

• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft accurate, compelling job descriptions.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve quality of hire.
• Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline to meet immediate and future organizational needs.
• Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR and Marketing teams.
• Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with policies, labor laws, and ethical standards.

You Will Be a Good Fit If You:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bring 2-3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter role.
• Have strong knowledge of ATS platforms, recruitment channels, and sourcing tools.
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Can handle multiple priorities effectively in a high-paced environment.
• Have experience hiring across a range of functions, levels, and industries.
• Are comfortable working 50-60 hours per week, 6 days a week.
• Prefer a hands-on, execution-driven role rather than a purely strategic one.
