Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven

Senior Recruitment Lead

to head our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate must have

6-8 years of recruitment experience

, with a strong background in

BPO hiring (domestic & international)

and

non-IT staffing

. The role requires managing a team of recruiters, driving end-to-end hiring, and ensuring timely closures with high-quality talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 5-8 recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Handle end-to-end recruitment for

BPO (domestic & international)

and

non-IT roles

. Design and execute effective hiring strategies to meet business requirements. Manage bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche requirements. Ensure quality of hire, reduce time-to-fill, and maintain strong talent pipelines. Coordinate with business leaders to understand manpower needs. Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring SLA adherence. Train, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team for performance excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).

6-8 years of recruitment experience

, with

minimum 5 years in BPO hiring

. Proven experience in

managing 5-8 recruiters

. Strong knowledge of hiring in

domestic, international BPO, and staffing domains

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in recruitment tools, portals, and applicant tracking systems.

Age must be under 35 years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
