Job Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for all PAN India locations across levels (junior, mid, senior).
Understand manpower requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear hiring plans.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and networking
.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Manage
offer rollouts, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities
.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for current and future requirements.
Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and closure of positions within TAT.
Work closely with HR and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Handle recruitment vendors and consultants when required.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in
end-to-end recruitment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Ability to handle
multiple positions simultaneously
across locations
Good negotiation and follow-up skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and MIS reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
