Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding initiatives
Requirements & Skills:
5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment (corporate or consultancy)
Strong knowledge of hiring for mid to senior-level positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring tools
Proficient in job portals and ATS systems
Preferred Candidate:
Immediate to 30 days joiner
Experience in high-volume hiring is an added advantage
