We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in UAE international hiring to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for UAE-based roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for clients based in the UAE, across sectors such as real estate, hospitality, healthcare, retail, construction, etc. Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver suitable candidates within timelines. Source candidates using a variety of channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases. Conduct detailed screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability for roles in terms of skills, experience, and relocation readiness. Coordinate client interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts. Maintain strong relationships with UAE clients, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction levels. Stay updated with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and market trends. Mentor and support junior recruiters as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on UAE international hiring. Proven success in placing candidates for mid to senior-level positions across industries in the UAE. Excellent understanding of the UAE job market, hiring standards, and visa documentation. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment software. Ability to manage multiple clients and open positions simultaneously. Graduate in any discipline; a degree in HR or related field is a plus.
