for mid-to-senior level positions across industries. You will be responsible for client engagement, talent sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality candidates within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Partner with clients to understand their business needs, workforce planning, and role requirements.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and headhunting.
Evaluate candidates on technical skills, stability, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Handle negotiations on
compensation, offers, and joining timelines.
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters within the team.
Achieve monthly/quarterly recruitment targets and contribute to team growth.
Keep up-to-date with
market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent mapping.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of recruitment experience
in an agency/consultancy environment.
Proven track record of hiring for
mid to senior-level roles
across IT/Non-IT domains.
Strong sourcing skills on
LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong client handling and stakeholder management abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
