Note: We are pipelining for our future projects. Responsibilities:

• Own End to End Talent acquisition and meet organization hiring needs
• Design and implement an effective hiring process, which is transparent and inclusive
• Engage with organization leadership, including CEO in the decision of manpower requirements
• Use methods, strategies and tools to ensure timely and quality hiring of resources
• Lead the recruitment team and attract a strong, diverse pool of candidates
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Source and recruit candidates(without relying on job boards) by using various sources, like Social Media Networks, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack overflow etc. (Mandatory)

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Talent acquisition lead (IT Recruitment) for minimum 3 to 4 years
• Ability to do forecasting, budgeting, research work for requirement planning.
• Capable of executing, reviewing, revitalizing the recruitment process.
• Experience in managing recruitment team (min of 3 to 5 recruiters)
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
• Experience on working with start-ups would be added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
