Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development / Account Management:
Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients (direct clients, MSPs, Tier 1 vendors) in the US market.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new requirements on a regular basis.
Understand client hiring needs and market trends to propose suitable solutions and talent strategies.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and vendors.
Recruitment / Delivery:
Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions in the US.
Leverage job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and internal database for candidate sourcing.
Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain compliance with client processes and documentation requirements.
Coordination & Reporting:
Act as a single point of contact between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Provide daily/weekly updates on open requirements, candidate submissions, and closures.
Track and report KPIs like number of requirements generated, submissions, interviews, and placements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3-7 years in US IT recruitment with proven experience in both business development and recruitment (360 model).
Strong network with US clients, MSPs, and Tier 1 vendors is highly preferred.
Excellent sourcing skills on Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
Strong negotiation skills with clients and candidates.
Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a target-driven environment.
