Vadapalani, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Source Blue Collar manpower through various channels (Social Media, Campus Placement, Job Fair, etc.).

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, keep candidate databases updated.

Schedule interviews, complete onboarding and facilitate orientation and training for new hires.

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring status to management.

Requirements

Strong communication (English, Tamil & Hindi) and interpersonal skills.

Experience in Govt Schemes such as

BOAT, NAPS, NATS, Naan Muthalvan, PMKVY

.

Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing hires.

Familiarity with blue-collar industries and their specific hiring needs is beneficial.
