Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the

complete recruitment cycle

-- from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to

understand job requirements

, skill expectations, and business needs. Source candidates through

job portals, networking, headhunting, and social media platforms.

Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on

technical fitment and cultural alignment.

Coordinate and schedule

interviews, assessments, and final selection discussions.

Manage

blue-collar and white-collar hiring

across textile production, quality, merchandising, and support functions. Maintain and update

talent pipelines

for recurring and critical roles. Collaborate with HR operations for

offer, negotiation, and onboarding formalities.

Track and report

recruitment metrics

such as TAT, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Build strong relationships with

internal stakeholders, placement agencies, and institutes.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in

recruitment for textile, apparel, or manufacturing sectors.

Strong understanding of

functional roles

in production, merchandising, sourcing, QA, maintenance, etc. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

skills. Proficiency in

MS Office and recruitment tools

(Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and manage

multiple open positions simultaneously.

Good analytical and reporting skills for recruitment tracking and dashboards.

Educational Qualification:

MBA / MSW in

HR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
