We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Recruiter with strong exposure to manufacturing, construction, and consultancy environments. The candidate should be capable of managing the entire recruitment lifecycle independently, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments and group companies.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks as per company procedures.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, budgeted positions, and workforce needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Support in employer branding initiatives and build external talent pipelines.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TATs (Turnaround Times).
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate with 5-6 years of core recruitment experience in manufacturing, construction, or consultancy setups.
Proven expertise in bulk and niche hiring, especially for technical and project roles.
Strong understanding of industry-specific skills and hiring channels.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, job portals, and recruitment CRMs.
Immediate availability will be given preference.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
