Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic

Senior Recruiter

to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality talent within tight timelines. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and optimizing the hiring process through data-driven recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

for IT and Non-IT roles (screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding). Partner with hiring managers to

understand workforce needs

and develop customized sourcing strategies. Use

advanced sourcing techniques

(Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals). Drive the

candidate experience

, ensuring timely communication and engagement throughout the process. Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and

ATS data accuracy

. Manage relationships with external vendors and recruitment partners. Track and analyze

recruitment metrics

to improve hiring efficiency and quality. Stay updated with

market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability

in target industries. Contribute to

employer branding initiatives

and campus engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

.

5-7 years

of proven recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong expertise in

IT and Non-IT hiring

, across mid to senior-level positions. Proficiency in

ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and HR analytics.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage

multiple requisitions

simultaneously under tight deadlines. Data-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement and quality hiring.

Preferred Qualifications:



MBA/PGDM in Human Resources. Experience in

leadership or niche hiring.

Exposure to

recruitment automation tools

and advanced sourcing methodologies.
