As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You'll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

Key Accountabilities



What you'll be doing:





Client Stakeholder Relationships




Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders. Independently manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, providing counsel and SME insights on processes while ensuring timelines are met. Lead discussions on attraction strategies with Sourcing and hiring managers based on market trends and hiring demands. Recommend best-fit profiles and coach hiring managers on realistic expectations.

Internal Stakeholder Relationships




Monitor recruitment funnel metrics with Sourcing to identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively. Collaborate with Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure smooth client and candidate experiences. Coach and mentor Recruiters, Sourcers, and Administrators on best practices and client culture.

Recruitment Delivery




Take full ownership of recruitment delivery in line with contractual obligations and SLAs. Lead vacancy consultations with Sourcers and hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI goals, pay range, timelines, and selection process. Partner with Sourcing to refine candidate shortlists and review with hiring managers. Deliver an excellent candidate experience from initial interview to start date. Guide hiring managers on hiring decisions and lead complex offer negotiations to close candidates. Anticipate stakeholder issues and escalate appropriately when needed. Facilitate demand planning meetings to forecast future hiring needs. Support Assessment Centre planning where required. Build proactive talent pipelines and share insights for strategic decision-making. Participate in or coordinate projects beyond direct responsibilities. Recommend continuous improvement actions and upselling opportunities to Client Services Manager.

Technology and Compliance




Ensure real-time updates of candidate status and requisitions in all relevant systems. Identify and flag scope creep for contractual management. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation (e.g., age discrimination, OFCCP, data management). Track compliance risks in line with AMS Risk Management Framework and propose solutions.

Ability to build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and internal teams.

Consultative Expertise:

Skilled in advising on recruitment strategies and realistic expectations.

Recruitment Knowledge:

Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and offer management.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to monitor funnel metrics and interpret recruitment data for decision-making.

Negotiation Skills:

Expertise in managing complex offer processes and closing candidates.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication for engaging stakeholders and candidates.

Leadership & Mentorship:

Ability to coach and mentor team members on best practices.

Strategic Thinking:

Capability to forecast demand, build talent pipelines, and support long-term hiring strategies.

Project Management:

Skilled in managing timelines, SLAs, and cross-functional projects.

Compliance Knowledge:

Understanding of employment legislation and risk management frameworks.

Technology Proficiency:

Familiarity with ATS and recruitment systems for real-time updates.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to anticipate issues and implement solutions proactively.

Brand Advocacy:

Represent client brand authentically to attract and engage top talent.
