Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Identify hiring needs in coordination with department heads and management.
Develop and post job openings on various platforms (school portals, job boards, and social media).
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Maintain an active talent pool for future staffing requirements.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new employees.
Assist in workforce planning and retention strategies.
Maintain HR records and support other HR functions as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 5
years of recruitment experience
, preferably in the education sector.
Strong knowledge of teacher and administrative staff recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience recruiting for CBSE or international schools.
